Browmance

Everywhere I go lately I am reminded about the essential eyebrow!

Today my friend Zoe told me about this place - and her brows looked great after a tint and threading - just simply changed her face in a good way - you couldn't see them before she's so fair.

Other mate Linsey decided to forget mascara for her party makeup and just go with defined brows - it was a different and cool look.

I am completely addicted to this show called Desperate Scousewives which made the Scouse Brow famous. I mean these brows are a little mad and crazy but a statement nonetheless!

The girls at work and I discussed earlier today - some friends of friends use a stencil and draw them on. All kinds of looks!

  1. Not a fan of the drawn on brows. You might as well shave them off and draw them higher up, like the Japanese geisha girls used to do (for that surprised look...)

You've got very gorgeous eyebrows. I have eyebrow envy.

Mine are nearly invisible, which is strange as my hair is quite dark. Maybe I need the Browhaus (caught in a bad browmance, teehee!)

One thing I will never understand is people having their eyebrows threaded right in the middle of Westfield with all the crowds around them. I don't want to see hair being ripped out of stranger's faces! Put it away!

What a lot of opinions I seem to have on eyebrows...

  2. I don't think I could stencil my brows on. I got mine threaded at a new place a few weeks ago and I was a bit annoyed because they seemed really thin but people actually complimented me on them!

  3. Thanks for commenting girls:) its a hot topic and everyone has an opinion on what looks good. I think when they are done right (shopping mall threading is weird but cheap at a fiver a pop in Lewisham centre BTW) it can really make your face look great shaping your eyes etc. Annie if you go I will come - could treat you for your birthday? Lucy - thick or thin I bet they look great!
